why new build opportunities?

There are a wide range of benefits to new build opportunities. By making multiple purchases from a single development we can negotiate substantial discounts with the developer – typically as much as 15% - 20% off the selling price. We then pass that saving directly to you. This means that the instant the property is completed and has a value on the open market, potentially, you’ve already made money.

Buying ‘off-plan’ with a discount in this way means you’ll require a smaller deposit and a smaller mortgage than with existing buy to let properties.
