1st Property Investment was founded in 2002 by our Managing Director Andrew Smith, and was one of the first property investment specialists in the UK. From our humble beginnings in a 1-room office in South West London we’ve grown to a multi-million Pound business working with thousands of clients and all the UK’s most prestigious developers.
